The strength of our franchise system depends upon the consistent adherence to these policies throughout the network by all franchisees. Drawing upon Hygenex™ methods, professional expertise, and experience offered to you as a Hygenex franchisee, our rigorous training program is designed to provide you with the tools, techniques, and skill sets necessary to a Hygenex franchisee in your local market.
The Hygenex™ training system allows you to quickly get your business up and running. The training program harnesses the expert guidance offered by industry professionals in the hygiene and sanitations business.
Every franchisee will receive hands-on, start-up training, which is currently held at our corporate location and at job sites in the Los Angeles market where our Operating Affiliate conducts its own business activities. Training will cover every aspect of the Hygenex franchising system.
Initial training is provided for up to three people. Initial training consists of classroom and hands-on instruction that we deliver in separate modules which include the following topics: owner orientation, field services, lead generation, sales and customer relationship management, financial reporting, record keeping, computer system training, financial management, business training, and franchise launch advice.
Our support doesn’t end when training does. We value our partnership with our franchisees and are dedicated to providing our franchisees with readily available ongoing technical, operational, and marketing expert support.
